Storage Unit Features

New, fully enclosed storage units are available to lease. Units range in size from 500 sq ft to 6,900 sq ft.

Each unit comes with the following standard features:

• Insulated steel buildings and pedestrian doors

• 14-foot Wide by 14-foot Tall Insulated Panel Doors

• Bluetooth App and Key Fob access to your unit door, the front gate, pedestrian gate, and tenant restroom

• Remote-controlled garage door

• Soaring ceilings, at least 18 feet high

• Engineered with thick concrete slabs to accommodate the structural load of RVs, car lifts, or a second-floor mezzanine area.

• Oversized units are individually metered and include two to three LED lights, three 110-receptacles, and one 50-amp RV receptacle, and electrical outlets.

• Smaller units include one LED light, one 110 receptacle, electrical outlets, and a house meter.

• Mezzanine - can be customized into a personal office, additional storage, or a plush retreat for leisure time. (30-foot or larger units)
